I have been a fitness trainer for over a decade and I have seen these trends come and go. I have also experimented with many of these products and diets with either myself or my clients.
Even with all these diets and products that people are taking on a daily basis 83 percent of the people in the United States are still over weight and studies show that 98 percent of all diets fail within the first three months.
What do all of these diets and products have in common? The number one reason that people fail on these weight loss programs is that they don't address the issue of cleansing the body. What does cleansing the body have to do with weight loss?
Every time toxins enter the body our livers produce fat to enrobe the toxins to try and keep these toxins from entering our major organs and causing disease. It's our own body's natural defense mechanism. Where do toxins come from?

Eating foods high in fat also cause health issues like heart disease.
Cutting carbs out of your diet means robbing the body of allot of the nutrients that we aren't getting enough of to begin with. There are vitamins and minerals in many of the fruits, vegetables and whole grain sources that we eat such as whole wheat pasta, wheat bread and sweet potatoes that we need. Tip #2: If you are a big caffeine drinker start out a couple of weeks before your cleanse and start winging yourelf down from the caffeine.
